By registering for or participating in Ball & Bible Camp, including in-person camps, online mentoring, webinars, or virtual events, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Registration & Payment
All participants must be registered by a parent or legal guardian. Full payment is required at the time of registration to secure a spot. Space is limited and registrations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 14 days prior to the start of camp. If a cancellation is made at least 14 days prior, participants may choose to receive either:
NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS WILL BE ISSUED WITHIN 14 DAYS OF THE CAMP START DATE.
For online mentoring or webinar events, all purchases are final unless otherwise stated.
In the event of injury or illness, exceptions may be considered at the discretion of camp management.

Participation & Conduct
Participants are expected to demonstrate good sportsmanship, respect for coaches and other participants, and follow all camp rules and instructions. This applies to both in-person and online environments. Ball & Bible Camp reserves the right to remove or dismiss any participant for inappropriate behavior. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
Faith-Based Programs
Ball & Bible Camp is a Christian, faith-based program. Activities may include Bible lessons, prayer, and discussions centered around leadership, teamwork, and character development. By registering, you acknowledge and agree to participation in these elements.Assumption of Risk
Participation in camp activities, including basketball and related physical activities, involves inherent risks. By registering, you acknowledge and accept these risks. A separate waiver of liability must be completed prior to participation.
Online Participation
For online mentoring, webinars, and virtual sessions, participants agree to engage respectfully. Sessions may be recorded for training or promotional purposes. Access to online content is intended for personal use only and may not be shared, recorded, or redistributed without permission.
Waiver Requirement
All participants in physical camp activities must have a completed Waiver of Liability and Consent Agreement on file prior to participation. Click here to see example.
Photo, Video & Media Release
By registering, you grant permission for Ball & Bible Camp to use photos, video recordings, or screenshots from in-person and virtual sessions for promotional and marketing purposes.
Medical Authorization
Parents/guardians are responsible for any medical expenses incurred as a result of participation in Ball & Bible Camp activities. Any personal medical insurance will be considered primary coverage. Additional details and authorization are included in the Waiver of Liability completed during registration.
Schedule & Changes
Ball & Bible Camp reserves the right to modify schedules, programming, speakers, or delivery formats (including transitioning to virtual formats) as needed. Food menus and daily activities are subject to change based on availability and circumstances.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ball & Bible Camp and its organizers, coaches, staff, volunteers, sponsors, and partners are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses arising from participation in any program, whether in-person or virtual.Contact
